We are seeking dependable construction supervisors, operators, concrete finishers, carpenters, and laborers Responsibilities: Superintendent • Operate excavators, backhoes, fork lifts, etc. • Design and place formwork for culverts, retaining walls, structures, slabs • Place and finish concrete for culverts, slabs, etc. • Transport crew to job site each day or back and forth from hotel. • Install precast concrete pipe, box culverts, and structures • Calculate and place orders for concrete ready mix • Communicate and coordinate with jobsite inspectors Carpenter/Finisher/Laborer • Install formwork for concrete culverts, retaining walls, slabs • Place reinforcing steel for above • Place and finish concrete • Operate excavator/backhoe/fork lift (not required) • Willing to travel for work Qualifications: • VALID DRIVER LICENSE • High school diploma or equivalent. • Excellent verbal communication skills. • Strong time management skills. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. • Experience in concrete construction is a big plus.
