The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting field and office surveys throughout Kansas, Oklahoma, and Missouri. As a Surveying Professional, you will have the opportunity to work on a variety of projects, including boundary, topographic, and engineering surveys. Responsibilities: • Conduct field surveys and prepare related documents, including plats and easement descriptions • Oversee project schedules and crews to ensure timely completion of projects • Analyze data and prepare reports to meet tristate regulatory standards • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders Requirements: • Possess a valid Professional Land Surveyor (PLS) license in KS or eligibility for licensure in KS, OK, and MO within six months • Have at least 4-6 years of experience in boundary, platting, topographic, and construction/engineering surveys • Demonstrate proficiency in GPS/RTK and robotic total stations, as well as CAD drafting software (e.g., Civil3D) • Hold a valid driver's license and be willing to travel throughout the tristate region Preferred Qualifications: • Expertise in ALTA/NSPS, subdivision, or easement surveys • Prior experience supervising survey crews and managing project budgets • Familiarity with UAS (drone) or LiDAR mapping technology Working Conditions: The successful candidate will be stationed in Pittsburg, KS, and will be required to travel regularly to job sites.
