Overview: The Senior Vice President of Wind Construction and Renewable Services will play a critical role in driving the growth and operational excellence of our business unit, focusing on the development of new resources and revenue streams. This leadership position will involve evaluating operational processes and crafting strategic plans aimed at standardizing and enhancing all aspects of our operations. Location & Travel: While preference will be given to candidates located near our offices in Indianapolis, IN, Fargo, ND, or Phoenix, AZ, this position can also be remote based on candidate qualifications. The role supports our operations across the United States, necessitating up to 50% travel to regional offices. Successful candidates will also benefit from an annual incentive plan and vehicle allowance.
