Qualifications: • If entry-level, provide proof of Wind Technician Certification from an accredited Wind Academy or equivalent Trade School. • Able to travel for in-state site work, training and other company functions up to 50%. • Possess excellent electrical and mechanical skills. • Knowledge of turbine-related machinery and tools, including their design, uses, repair and maintenance. • Knowledge of circuit boards, electronic equipment, computer hardware and software, including applications and programming. • Knowledge of relevant equipment, policies, procedures, and strategies to promote effective local, state, or national security operations for protection of people, property, and institutions. • Willing to learn and progress into a stronger role, such as troubleshooting, commissioning or serving as lead technician on site. • Any experience with turbine technology and/or being up-tower on platforms welcomed, including Solar/Off-shore experience. • Ability to read and interpret schematics, diagrams, work instructions, manuals. • Fluent English verbal and written communications skills are required. • Must have current valid driver’s license and fit-to-drive record with no more than two moving violations in the past three years, including passing a Motor Vehicle Record. • Ability to pass a criminal background check (project/client dependent and you will be notified if needed).
