The Welder is responsible for laying out, fitting and welding fabricated, cast and forged components to assemble structural forms such as machinery frames, tanks, and pressure vessels. Responsibilities may include but are not limited to: • Laying out, measuring, positioning, aligning and fitting components together. • Assembling parts from blueprints. • Discussing errors in diagrams or production order with supervisor or engineer to clarify production problems. • Setting up equipment and welding parts with Mig and Tig. • Performing related tasks such as thermal cutting and grinding. • Repairing products by dismantling, straightening, reshaping, and reassembling parts. • Finishing parts per blueprint, de-bur sharp edges. • Rolling tank sections from flat steel. • Welding tank sections together. • Ability to weld in all positions and ensuring weld quality. • Facilitating and/or performing corrective action if problems are noted in function or appearance. TIG Welder

Do you have TIG welding experience? NOW LOOKING TO HIRE WELDERS!! Paying $18-$20 per hour! Job duties include: -Overseeing the selection and procurement of materials and equipment required for TIG welding -Measuring and aligning work pieces using straightedges, clamps, and calipers -Operating power and hand tools such as arc welders, bugging machine and scrapers -Reading and interpreting welding blueprints, schematics, and codes -Welding on materials such as fiberglass, iron, plastic and copper -Other duties as assigned Job Requirements: -Must Certified in welding -Must have TIG welding experience -Fabrication and blueprint reading is a plus -Must pass a FCAW welding test -Must be able to read a tape measure -Must have a Valid Drivers license -Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen Hours will be Monday-Thursday 6a-4p with the possibility of overtime.
