Job Description: We are currently hiring Full-Time Welders to join our team. You’ll be working on a variety of commercial job sites, fabricating and repairing metal components to support the successful completion of our projects—on time and within budget. Key Responsibilities: • Perform MIG, TIG, and/or Stick welding on various metals (steel, aluminum, etc.) • Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and welding procedures • Measure, cut, and prepare materials to exact specifications • Operate welding equipment, hand tools, and basic machinery safely and efficiently • Inspect welds for strength and accuracy • Maintain welding equipment and perform basic maintenance as needed • Assist with general metal fabrication tasks and installation • Follow all OSHA and company safety protocols and wear appropriate PPE • Maintain a clean and organized work area Requirements: • Previous welding experience required (2+ years preferred) • Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physically demanding tasks • Familiarity with MIG, TIG, and Stick welding techniques • Welding certification(s) preferred but not required • Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings • Reliable transportation to and from job sites • Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and ability to follow instructions • Must be punctual, dependable, and safety-focused • High School Diploma or GED preferred Ready to bring your welding skills to a great team and build something you can be proud of?
