Everlight Solar is seeking a skilled and motivated individual to join the team as a Customer Service Representative. This is a fully remote, full-time position that requires working evening shifts with some weekend work. Responsibilities: • Handle high amounts of incoming calls • Identify and evaluate customers' needs to deliver satisfaction • Build sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive discussion • Provide accurate, valid and comprehensive information by using the right methods/tools • Manage complaints, provide proper solutions and options; follow up to secure resolution • Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file documents • Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies • Establish and build relationships with our customers • Go the extra mile to engage customers Requirements: • Some proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative is preferred • Strong phone administration skills and active listening capabilities • Ability to work independently and as a member of various teams and committees • Strong attention to detail • Exceptional communication and presentation skills • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and control time effectively • Ability to operate in a fast-paced environment • Must own a Mac computer and be fluent with the Apple ecosystem of software (iOS, macOS, iWork, etc.) • Ability to work nights & some weekends
