Field Contractor's Representative - Solar and Environmental Support

A growing solar development and environmental consulting firm based in State College, PA is seeking a full-time Field Representative to support both our renewable energy and civil/environmental operations for projects in Ohio. This position is primarily field-based with responsibilities including: • QA/QC support, subcontractor supervision, and observation on solar project sites • General field data collection and site documentation Some office-based work will also be required, including: • Assisting with the preparation of permits, technical reports, and data summaries • Supporting QA documentation and general administrative tasks The role involves overnight travel, overtime, and occasional weekend work. Preferred but not required: • Utility-scale solar experience • 40-hour OSHA HAZWOPER • NICET certification • Experience with solar construction inspection We are willing to provide training for the right candidate.
