About the Role The IE Manager will be responsible for optimizing factory operations to achieve key performance indicators (KPIs), including cost control, production capacity optimization, and energy efficiency. This role will focus on plant layout planning, process improvement initiatives, and capital investment projects to enhance overall operational efficiency.
