The are currently in need of an experienced Machinist on their night shift. Here are the responsibilities: · Set up, troubleshoot, adjust, maintain and operate CNC machines · Sequence machines and define set up, operation speeds, tool selections and program the necessary feed speeds. · Identify manufacturing issues, correct them through process improvement or machine adjustments to maximize operational efficiencies and product quality parts. · Provides technical guidance to the lesser experienced staff regarding machine tools. · Ability to set up and operate Lathes, Milling Machines, Grinders, Machine Metallic and Nonmetallic work pieces) Here are the requirements: · HS Diploma or GED · AAS in Machine Tool or similar discipline would be preferred · 5-8 years of experience and working knowledge of metal fabrication/forming processes · Ability to program, set up, operate and maintain CNC Machines · Ability to read blueprints and shop drawings. · Experience with SolidWorks, ProE, AutoCAD, and MasterCam.
