Job Title: Sheet Metal Apprentice Job Description Join a dynamic team where you will gain hands-on experience working on commercial and industrial job sites. Work a consistent schedule from Monday to Thursday, 6 AM to 5 PM, with the opportunity to work in 4-day, 10-hour shifts. Your work will vary between the shop, where you will pre-make ductwork, and on-site installations at commercial buildings. Responsibilities • Assist in measuring, cutting, and installing ductwork into ceiling spaces in new commercial buildings. • Participate in the pre-making of ductwork in the shop. • Help with the installation of HVAC registers and grills for ductwork systems. • Fit elbows for the ductwork as much as possible before arriving on site. • Perform basic tasks such as holding materials in place, final installations, clean-up, and parts/accessory installation. Essential Skills • Experience or willingness to learn in sheet metal work and duct installation. • Proficiency with hand tools. • Basic understanding of HVAC systems and general labor tasks. Additional Skills & Qualifications • 6 months of construction or installation experience preferred. • Mechanically inclined entry-level candidates are encouraged to apply. • Valid driver's license preferred.
