Duties & Responsibilities: • Calling on current and potential customers including commercial building owners, hospitals, universities, industrial plants, etc. • Develops and increases sales revenue to meet divisional goals. • Building professional relationships and expanding customer base. • Maintaining contact with current and potential customers. • Develops and delivers sales presentations in a professional and effective manner • Assists with the planning of sales exhibits and/or trade shows • Maintains up-to-date awareness of company activities, industry trends, and government regulations. • Other duties as assigned. Qualifications: • Experience in the commercial construction industry is a plus. • At least 2 years of sales or business development experience. • Strong organizational, prioritization, and time management skills • Excellent communication skills; both internal and external • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment • A four-year degree is preferred.
