Sheet Metal Forman The Sheet Metal Foreman is responsible for successful project completion on the job site. The Sheet Metal Foreman ensures that all assigned personnel are operating at peak efficiency, providing guidance and instruction, as necessary. The Sheet Metal Foreman supports the total quality effort by identifying and responding to the needs of internal and external customers 100% of the time. • **APPLY HERE*** https://www.paycomonline.net/v4/ats/web.php/jobs/ViewJobDetails?job=12128&clientkey=13D47E810934DD143CEEC6CE17C3C612 • Installation, repair, or removal of equipment, supplies, and materials on job site • Instruct subordinate personnel on proper procedures/methods • Attend meetings as appropriate for stage of construction project • Communicate with key internal and external personnel to ensure accurate understanding of project requirements • Complete order requests for supplies and materials in a timely manner • Conduct spot inspections of work performed • Schedule crewmembers for level-appropriate duties • Coordinate with other on-site organizations and trades, as required • Supervise installations, etc., to ensure completion in accordance with all applicable local, state, and/or federal codes and regulations • Submit appropriate reports to supervisory personnel as required • Develop subordinate personnel to the next level of training and knowledge by providing training opportunities • Ensure crewmembers complete timecards in accordance with established policy and procedure • Maintain appropriate certifications/licensures and proficiency in all aspects of Sheet Metal (HVAC) procedures. • Make every reasonable effort to ensure safe practices and get every employee home safely Qualifications and General Requirements • Minimum of 10 years’ experience in Construction Field concentrating in HVAC/Sheet Metal required • High School Diploma or GED or 15 Semester (22 Quarter) hours college level education • Completion of 4 years’ OJT or State certified apprenticeship program • Thorough understanding of Construction related HVAC/Sheet Metal • Unencumbered US Driver’s License • Ability to communicate in written and spoken English • Possess (or able to obtain) Journeyman Certificate from granting authorities

Sheet Metal Installer

Enjet Aero machines and fabricates complex jet engine parts, components and assemblies for leading OEMs in the commercial, defense and general aviation sectors. Position Description: The Sheet Metal Installer installs sheet metal to produce an aircraft galley assembly. This is a 1st shift position, Mon-TH 5:30 am – 4:00 pm. Essential Responsibilities: • Deburr parts using mechanical means (hand tools and pneumatic grinders) • Cleaning and washing parts to remove manufacturing oils, dirt and debris • Using hand tools, power tools, layout tools, and fasteners like bolts, screws, rivets, or clamps • Installing and removing rivets on sheet metal • Building sub-assemblies of aircraft parts and structures using engineering drawings and company specifications • Reading blueprints, illustrations, or specifications to determine layouts • Attaching operating equipment, and some electrical components • Ensure continuous production of parts that meet customer expectations • Inspect completed parts using micrometers, indicators, calipers, comparators, etc. • Maintain quality standards through understanding the Quality Management System • Monitor and document operational and performance issues and provide feedback to supervisor • Develop and maintain effective working relationships with peers, supervisors, and other staff • Other duties as directed by supervisor Qualifications: • Installing and removing rivets experience preferred • Sheet metal experience preferred • High school diploma or GED required; post-secondary Air Frame Aviation Maintenance experience preferred • Strong verbal communication and problem-solving skills • Attention to detail and ability to deal with complexity • Capable of working in a customer-focused, deadline-driven environment while maintaining a positive attitude Requirements: • Sit – Occasionally • Stand – Continuously • Lift/Carry – up to 20 lbs occasionally • Walk – Occasionally • Bend/Stoop – Occasionally • Use hands for pushing/pulling – Frequently • Use hands for fine manipulation - Continuously Benefits: Enjet offers a comprehensive benefits package to full-time employees including paid time off, health insurance, dental insurance, vision insurance, paid holidays, a 401K retirement plan, disability insurance, and more.
