About the position Responsibilities • Safely load and unload sheet metal products using forklifts and other equipment as necessary. • Assist in maintaining accurate inventory levels by organizing and tracking materials in the yard. • Inspect products before loading to ensure they meet high standards of quality. • Follow all safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment. • Work closely with the yard team, drivers, and production staff to ensure timely and accurate shipments. • Occasionally assist customers who pick up orders directly from the yard. Requirements • Previous experience in a warehouse or yard loading environment is a plus. • Ability to operate skytrax, forklifts, and other material handling equipment (certification is a plus, but training is provided). • Strong physical stamina, as the role involves lifting heavy materials and working in various weather conditions. • Attention to detail and a commitment to quality. • Excellent teamwork and communication skills. • A positive attitude and a strong work ethic.
