Job Overview: This role is responsible for development of all products in support of operations and approve all documents for new development and production hardware that requires sheet metal fabrication, forming and deburr. In addition, Technical Leaders perform additional duties with cross-functional teams to drive quality, continuous improvement, on-time delivery, as well as comprehensive operator training and development.
