JOB TITLE: Entry Level Residential Plumber (Full Time) DEPARTMENT: Residential Service HOURS: First call is 8AM JOB DESCRIPTION: The Entry Level Service Plumber is responsible for accurately providing maintenance, troubleshooting, diagnostic and repair on various plumbing systems according to company standards and public safety codes while providing the customer with the highest quality experience. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: • Meet with customers, evaluate needs and make recommendations • Services, repairs, and installs plumbing equipment including but not limited to sinks, toilets, water heaters, sump pumps and boilers • Perform routine and preventative maintenance as needed to ensure ongoing functioning of plumbing systems • Comply with all applicable public safety codes, standards, policies and procedures, including safety practices and maintenance of a clean work area • Perform other duties as assigned to the role QUALIFICATIONS: • High School Diploma required • Valid Driver’s License and insurable driving record • Friendly demeanor and interpersonal skills • Willing to drive to various job sites throughout Wisconsin • Positive and professional attitude • Mechanically inclined • Committed to making a long-term investment • Possess required tools PHYSICAL DEMANDS AND WORK ENVIRONMENT: • Capacity to physically carry, lift, and push up to 75 pounds • Frequently required to stand and walk • Frequently required to bend, reach, stoop, or crawl • Physical strength and stamina to endure heat, cold and other weather conditions • Perform repetitive motions using your hands and fingers such as, but not limited to, grasping, gripping and holding
