Able to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs. • REASONING ABILITY— Able to apply common sense understanding in a variety of situations to assure customer satisfaction for both internal and external customers. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations. • COMPUTER SKILLS— Typing proficiency required. Knowledge of how to access and use the internet and have a good working knowledge of data entry software, spreadsheet software, and/or word processing software.
