We are seeking experienced, licensed commercial plumbers to work on new construction, tenant build-outs, and facility upgrades. Your Responsibilities: • Install and assemble PVC, cast iron, copper, and PEX piping systems • Rough-in and trim-out commercial bathrooms, kitchens, and mechanical rooms • Interpret and work from blueprints, construction documents, and isometric drawings • Work safely with other trades on active construction sites • Conduct system tests, inspections, and final tie-ins • Maintain job-site cleanliness and accurate documentation Minimum Qualifications: • Valid Indiana State Plumbing License (Journeyman or higher) • At least 4 years of experience in commercial plumbing • Proficient with commercial plumbing materials and codes (UPC/IPC) • Familiar with medical gas systems, backflow prevention, and water heater systems (a plus) • Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work on ladders/lifts • Own hand tools and reliable transportation Compensation & Benefits: • $30–$42 per hour, depending on license level and experience • Paid time off, health insurance, and 401(k) options • Per diem available for travel assignments • Steady work with large-scale, long-term projects • Supportive team environment with opportunity for advancement Apply now to be part of our fabulous team! Plumbing Journeyman

Plumbing Journeyman - Construction – IN RegionConstruction - IN Region - Indianapolis, Indiana (Hybrid) Position Summary Under administrative supervision from a designated trade manager, to plan, coordinate and supervise new construction and remodeling of existing buildings. The Plumbing Journeyman has extensive experience performing repairs on different piping systems, snaking drains, fixing leaks, and installing pipes and water heaters. Primary Responsibilities and Duties • Diagnose plumbing problems and perform repairs • Install, assemble, maintain, and repair pipes and plumbing fixtures • Install and/or repair appliances like dishwashers, water heaters, toilets, sinks, etc. • Test plumbing and other installed fixtures to ensure proper function • Follow state laws and regulations and adhere to local building codes • Performs other related duties as assigned. Traits/Competencies • Knowledge of all phases of building construction, including work commonly done by the various building crafts. • Knowledge of building materials, tools, and machines. • Knowledge of building material costs • Able to read technical designs and blueprints • Proficient with plumbing tools, materials, and equipment • Expert knowledge in piping and ventilation systems Requirements • High school graduation or equivalent. • Completion of a vocational school certificate program, associate degree, or apprenticeship expected • 4+ years of professional plumbing experience • Any combination totaling four years (48 months) work experience in building construction, remodeling, construction project coordination experience. • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
