Responsibilities • Oversee the operations of multiple remote branch locations throughout Indiana, ensuring alignment with company goals and standards • Mentor, develop, and support branch managers and their teams to achieve high performance and professional growth • Monitor sales, service, and team performance by reviewing reports and analyzing trends • Drive operational goals, customer satisfaction, and financial performance across all assigned locations • Promote a culture of accountability, open communication, and continuous improvement • Support technician development and ensure consistent execution of company policies and procedures • Foster and maintain vendor partnerships to enhance service delivery • Travel locally to branch locations as needed, with occasional overnight stays • Report directly to the Director of Operations and collaborate with leadership to implement company initiatives Qualifications • Minimum 5 years of management experience in multi-location or large multi-department HVAC, plumbing, or home services environments • Demonstrated success in previous leadership roles with a proven track record of achieving results • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams • Strong leadership abilities, including training, coaching, and developing employees • Analytical and decisive, with strong problem-solving skills • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment • Commitment to driving customer satisfaction, financial performance, and team building • Adaptable and able to work flexible hours, including travel as required • High attention to detail and strong organizational skills • Basic math proficiency Benefits • 401(k) with employer match • Medical, dental, and vision insurance available immediately upon hire • 2 weeks of paid vacation available after 90 days • Paid holidays • Company vehicle • Paid birthday off • Fun company trips, monthly lunches, and breakfasts • Supportive and collaborative team environment Offered compensation: $100,000/yr - $150,000/yr Experience and License Requirements • Home Services Experience (optional) • Leadership Experience (optional) • Multi-Location Management (optional) • Valid Drivers License
