Plumber Bell Plumbing is looking to add an experienced Plumber to their team in Indianapolis, Indiana. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: • Perform necessary tasks on all phases of plumbing by relying on experience and knowledge • Install rough plumbing and plumbing fixtures in a commercial setting for installation of water, gas, and drainage systems according to specifications and building codes • Troubleshoot issues on commercial installation projects • Makes decisions on all normal & complex repairs and reports major problems to management as appropriate • Make decisions on site, without disruption to clients and job quality • Lead installation projects with one or more helpers and ensure productivity goals are met Qualifications: • 3-5 years of demonstrated plumbing installation experience (commercial projects) • High School Diploma or GED • Demonstrated knowledge of proper and safe use of tools and related equipment • Ability to work and communicate effectively individually as well as in a team environment • Ability to clear a motor vehicle report and pre-employment drug screen Job Type: Full-time Benefits: • Company provided truck and fuel card • 401(k) with company matching • Health insurance • Dental insurance • Vision insurance • Health savings account • Life insurance • Paid time off • Schedule: • 8 hour shift Monday to Friday, some weekends or evenings as required by customers Please attach resume for consideration.

Pipe Insulator Bell Plumbing is looking to add an experienced Pipe Insulator to their team in Indianapolis, Indiana. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: • Install insulation on pipes, water lines, drain lines, ductwork, boilers, and other equipment to manage temperature and protect systems. • Measure, cut, and prepare various insulation materials, such as fiberglass, foam, and rubber, for application. • Apply insulation to prevent heat and cold transfer, reduce energy consumption, and control condensation and noise. • Inspect existing insulation, remove old or damaged materials, and make repairs as needed. Qualifications: • 3-5 years of demonstrated pipe insulation experience (commercial projects). • High School Diploma or GED • Possess Construction OSHA 10 or the ability to complete the course in orientation. • The ability to work with tools and hands to measure, cut, and install materials accurately. • The capacity to work in various conditions, including extreme temperatures and confined spaces. • Ability to work and communicate effectively individually as well as in a team environment. • Understanding of different insulation materials, their properties, and the technical requirements for their application. • Ability to clear a motor vehicle report and pre-employment drug screen.
