Technician Role: We are Looking for driven and motivated individuals looking to progress their career with our team. Must have experienced knowledge in the repair field of HVAC equipment. Including the diagnosing and troubleshooting of furnace, AC, and water-heating equipment. Knowledge of controls, operation of equipment, and ability to make repairs on equipment. Must be able to work individually as well as together with a team on day to day jobs. Must also be able communicate with customers on a day to day basis. Installer Role: We are looking for driven and motivated individuals looking to progress their career with our team. Must have tangible installation experience with HVAC equipment. Including ductwork assembly and installation, gas line, basic electric work and complete equipment setup and installation in residential and/or commercial applications. Must be able to work individually as well as together with a team on day to day jobs. Must also be able communicate with customers on a day to day basis. Education (Technician Role): College degree/currently enrolled in schooling, education program is required.
