As an Install Helper, you will: • Assist in the installation of HVAC systems for both residential properties. • Physical fitness and manual dexterity. • Ability to follow instructions and work efficiently with a team. • Strong communication and customer service skills. • Familiarity with HVAC systems and installation tools is a plus. • Install, maintain, and repair rooftop units and internal HVAC systems.
