This hands-on role focuses on the layout, installation, and troubleshooting of pneumatic and hydraulic components used in custom tooling. This role is responsible for laying out and routing pneumatic and hydraulic components according to project specifications. You will assemble, install, and repair tubing, pipe, and fittings, while diagnosing and resolving pneumatic issues and recommending necessary repairs. The position requires marking up engineering drawings to reflect changes and reporting those updates to relevant departments. You’ll collaborate closely with engineers and project managers to meet deadlines, maintain accurate time and work records in the ERP system, and ensure all tasks are completed safely and in compliance with company policies. You’ll supervise pipefitters, and contractors, ensuring all work is completed safely, efficiently, and on schedule.
