Job Overview: We are seeking a licensed Plumber for an upcoming project in Higginsville, Missouri. The ideal candidate is experienced, self-motivated, and capable of working independently or as part of a team. This role involves the installation, repair, and maintenance of plumbing systems in both residential and commercial settings. All work must meet local plumbing codes and safety regulations. Responsibilities: • Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems, including pipes, fixtures, and water-related appliances. • Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and building plans. • Perform routine inspections and diagnostics to identify plumbing issues. • Thread, cut, and assemble pipe systems and fittings. • Collaborate with general contractors, electricians, and HVAC technicians on job sites. • Use power tools and hand tools safely and effectively. • Ensure all work complies with relevant plumbing codes and safety standards. • Maintain accurate records of materials used and work completed. Qualifications: • Valid State of Missouri Plumbing License (Required). • Proven experience as a plumber in residential and/or commercial projects. • Knowledge of HVAC and drainage systems is a plus. • Ability to lift heavy materials and work in confined spaces as needed. • Proficient with plumbing tools and equipment. • Able to read and interpret blueprints and technical diagrams. • Strong communication and problem-solving skills. • Valid driver’s license; CDL is a plus but not required.
