Team Leadership and Supervision: Manage and direct a team of pipe fitters, ensuring that work is completed safely, efficiently, and according to specifications. 2. Project Planning: Collaborate with project managers and engineers to plan, organize, and schedule piping installations and repairs. 3. Quality Control: Ensure that all piping systems are installed to code, meet safety standards, and are free from defects or issues. 4. Troubleshooting and Problem Solving: Address and resolve any issues that arise during the installation or repair process, including unforeseen complications.5. Safety Compliance: Ensure that all team members follow safety protocols and industry regulations. 6.
