Job Title: Masonry Foreman Location: Pensacola, FL Job Type: Full-Time Job Description: Are you looking for a work home? We are seeking an experienced and skilled Masonry Superintendent/Foreman to join our team. The ideal candidate will lead and oversee GC and masonry construction projects, for commercial private and military projects ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and to the highest standards of quality and safety. Key Responsibilities: • Supervise, manage, and coordinate all operations on-site. • Lead a teams of subcontractors, providing direction and support. • Ensure all masonry work complies with plans, specifications, and building codes. • Review project schedules and make adjustments as necessary to meet deadlines. • Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and safety standards. • Communicate regularly with project managers, superintendents and Owners regarding project status and any potential issues. • Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications. • Ensure the proper use and maintenance of tools and equipment. • Maintain accurate project documentation and reports. • Ensure compliance with company policies, OSHA regulations, and other relevant safety standards. Qualifications: • Must be able to pass Military Background Checks to access Military Facilities. • Minimum of 5 years of experience in trade and construction management. • Proven track record as a Masonry Foreman over subcontractors (Division 3 & 4 a real plus). • Strong knowledge of masonry techniques, materials, and safety procedures. • Ability to read and understand blueprints, construction plans, and specifications. • Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills. • Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues on the job site. • Proficient in managing time, resources, and personnel effectively. • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation. • OSHA 30 certification minimum required. Physical Requirements: • Ability to work in outdoor environments and under varying weather conditions. • Capable of lifting heavy objects and standing for extended periods. • Able to climb ladders and scaffolding.
