CEMENT MASON Finisher (Seasonal)

Role Overview: This is a seasonal position, you can use your winters off to travel, hunt, fish or for other activities you enjoy while your benefits continue year-round This position is responsible to safely smooth and finish surfaces of poured concrete. Will need to display a professional and courteous attitude with customers and team members. Minimum Qualifications As a successful Concrete Finisher you will have: • Ability to hold and maintain a driver’s license in accordance with all state regulations is preferred • 2+ years experience finishing concrete • Ability to work flexible shifts, including overtime and some Saturdays. • Our crews work 50-65 hours per week, weather depending. CONSTRUCTION LABORER

We are currently recruiting for skilled individuals both with and without construction experience to become part of our team. We value hard-working and self-starting employees. Construction Laborers

Workers will perform tasks involving physical labor at construction sites. Workers will operate hand and power tools of all types: air hammers, earth tampers, cement mixers, small mechanical hoists, surveying and measuring equipment, and a variety of other equipment and instruments. Workers will measure and lay out commercial buildings. Workers will mix, pour, or spread concrete, using portable cement mixers. Workers will tend pumps, compressors, or generators to provide power for tools, machinery, or other equipment. Workers will position and dismantle forms for pouring concrete, using saws, hammers, nails, or bolts. Workers will smooth and finish freshly poured cement or concrete, using rakes, darbys, hand floats, trowels, screeds, or powered cement finishing tools. Workers will perform a variety of concrete finishing duties such as forming, raking, troweling, cutting, shoveling, placing and tying rebar, and curing. Workers will operate jackhammers or drills to break up concrete or pavement. Workers will position, join, align, or seal structural components, such as concrete wall sections or pipes. Workers will tie rebar, position aluminum wall forms and place all concrete. Workers will unload materials, clean and prepare sites, dig trenches, set braces to support the sides of excavations, erect scaffolding, and aluminum wall forms, and clean up rubble, debris, and other waste materials.
