Your Opportunity: In this role, you will be responsible for managing various Renewable Energy projects and studies. Key Responsibilities: - Client management, team development, pursuits, and market growth. - Plan and manage complex civil engineering design projects for a variety of renewables (solar, wind, battery, etc.) clients. - Supervision, development, mentorship, and empowerment of engineers, technicians, and designers. Qualifications: - Experience in project accounting, scheduling, staffing coordination, project management, business development, and client service management. - Ability to create, suggest, and introduce innovative and effective client solutions and integrated deliverables aligned with the Sector business objectives. - Valid driver's license and good driving record. - Ability to travel up to 10% of the time. Preferred: - Experience in managing civil project design functions including site planning, roads, drainage, grading, utilities, and other municipal and private sector infrastructure preferred. - Experience in renewable energy ministerial and non-ministerial permitting process is preferred. - Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is beneficial. Education and Experience: - Bachelor's degree in engineering STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics) field, Construction Management, Business Administration, or Operations. - Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in project management.
