Job Description Solar and Wind Project Manager Needed for Field Operations. We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee field operations for solar and wind projects. This is a unique opportunity to join our team and make a meaningful contribution to the clean energy sector. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in project management, specifically in the solar and wind industries. They will be responsible for managing project timelines, budgets, and resources, as well as ensuring compliance with safety regulations and quality standards. This role requires strong leadership and communication skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. The successful candidate will be able to motivate and guide a team of personnel to achieve project goals and objectives. In addition to their technical expertise, the ideal candidate will have excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex situations and develop effective solutions. The job involves frequent travel to project sites, so the candidate should be comfortable with this aspect of the role. A company vehicle and fuel card will be provided to support travel needs. The salary for this position is $110,000-$140,000 per year, commensurate with experience. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as 401(k) matching and employee stock purchase plan (ESPP). A Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Electrical Engineering, or a related field is preferred, but not required. Relevant experience and a combination of education and experience will be considered in lieu of a degree.
