Position Summary: We are seeking a Senior Program Manager – Software with a proven track record in leading complex programs that span software and hardware development lifecycles. In this role, you will drive the cross-functional execution of integrated product programs, aligning stakeholders to deliver high-impact customer solutions on time and within scope. You will be responsible for execution planning, risk mitigation, and stakeholder alignment across the full product lifecycle—from concept through launch and sustainment. Key Responsibilities: • Lead cross-functional program execution for products involving both software and hardware components (embedded systems, apps, devices, platform). • Drive program lifecycle from early planning and scoping through development, validation, and go-to-market. • Partner with engineering, product management, QA, and operations to align priorities and milestones. • Develop detailed program plans, schedules, and risk registers; proactively track progress and remove roadblocks. • Facilitate regular reviews and communications with executive stakeholders, surfacing critical issues and tradeoffs. • Own program-level decision-making frameworks and change control processes. • Ensure technical and delivery dependencies across software and hardware workstreams are actively managed. • Lead post-launch retrospectives and drive continuous improvement • Implement best practice and department initiatives to enable more effective program execution Qualifications: • 7+ years of experience in program or project management within a software, hardware, or integrated systems environment. • Deep understanding of software development processes (Agile/Scrum) and hardware product development lifecycles (POC/EVT/DVT/PVT). • Proven ability to manage cross-functional teams, influence without authority, and communicate effectively at all levels. • Experience coordinating across embedded systems, mobile apps, and cloud services is highly desirable. • Strong analytical and organizational skills; comfortable with tools like Jira, Confluence, or equivalent. • PMP, Agile/Scrum, or equivalent certification preferred. Renewable Energy & Power Decarb Manager

Renewable Energy & Power Decarb Manager (Rio Tinto Services Inc., South Jordan, UT) Structure, negotiate and deliver renewable energy and decarbonization procurement projects, including Power Purchase Agreements. Lead the financial modelling, feasibility and assessment of renewable energy solutions for mining sites and projects globally. End-to-end in-house renewable energy project development (wind, solar, storage). Development of relevant investment and business cases and management of project delivery. Identification and management of industry and other partners and stakeholders, and negotiation to deliver best-in-class renewable energy outcomes across our assets (IPPs, EPC, OEM and suppliers, utilities, grid operators, developers). Work with grid and utility services teams to ensure seamless project integration in micro-grids. Partner with the business on options analysis, both quantitative and qualitative. Provision of accurate and timely assessment of development issues, risks, and opportunities. Telecommuting permitted up to 20% per week. Full time employment, Monday – Friday, 40 hours per week. MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or Business or a related field and 7 years of related work experience.
