Lead Renewable Energy Electrician

What You’ll Do: Apollo Energy. of Ogden, UT is searching for full-time Journeyman Electricians to join our team. Can you plan, design, organize, and execute electrical construction projects? If this sounds like the career opportunity that you’ve been looking for, apply today! • Install electrical systems that interconnect to our renewable systems, ESS systems and the grid. For commercial and residential applications • Ensure work performed by all electricians is of good workmanship and compliant with current NEC and local codes. • Troubleshoot system and resolve electrical issues. • Work with the Operations Manager and homeowners to fulfill any necessary system upgrades/repairs to support our client base. • Work with local Inspectors to satisfy local requirements and expectations • Interface with Electrical Manager to ensure compliance with ratios and continuing education requirements. • Train, mentor and develop Electrical Apprentices. • Maintain high quality control on tools, vehicles and materials needed for job responsibilities • Keep accurate records of material used and proper documentation on work orders relating to the installation • Maintain compliance to all PPE and safety regulations per OSHA and Apollo Energy standards • Perform other needed job tasks as requested by leadership What You’ll Need: • Valid and current Journeyman (or Master) Electrician License within Utah. • 4+ years of electrical installation, troubleshooting, and repair experience. • Ability to perform advanced electrical calculations. • Understanding of wire and conduit sizing as well as how to adjust for environmental factors. • Ability to read and interpret one-line drawings and electrical schematics. • Knowledge of the 2023 NEC and the ability to navigate the guidelines • Above average computer skills • Must be willing to work in high places (our installations are on rooftops) • Ability to lift up to 100lbs • Ability to pass a background check and drug test • Valid driver's license and clean driving record You’ll Be a Great Fit If: • You have a passion for creating sustainable energy solutions. • You are self-motivated and can work with little supervision. • You are looking for a company with aggressive growth opportunities. • You desire flexible scheduling. • You want to work closely with a tight knit team.
