Field Quality Manager (Solar)

Overview: Position Overview: Responsible for serving as the primary onsite quality support to all team members and the crafts by managing the development and implementation of the Site-Specific Quality Plan and by researching/answering questions regarding quality. The Field Quality Manager (FQM) is a member of the project management team, is able to work with minimal supervision and takes the lead role in managing project quality and establishing the expected level of workmanship. This position requires the incumbent to develop thorough knowledge of the project and schedule as they apply to QA/QC. Location & Travel Details: You'll get the opportunity to travel across the US, helping our team build renewable projects. This is a traveling position, up to 100% of the time. You have the potential to be placed on a project site located in any state throughout the US. You'll spend 8-12 months on average per project. We offer designated daily per diem in addition to base pay to support and help you cover living expenses. This position is eligible for routine travel home (rotation) from the jobsite.
