Job Description Wind Technician Willow Creek Energy Center Location: Ione, OR 97843 Position Overview • As a Wind Technician you will be responsible for operating and maintaining the Willow Creek Energy Center. Responsibilities • Perform routine mechanical and electrical maintenance on GE wind turbine and associated equipment • Climb wind turbine towers daily, wearing all required safety equipment, to inspect, maintain, or repair equipment. • Understand electrical and mechanical functions of all components of a wind turbine generator and associated equipment • Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical faults; repair and/or replace components • Maintain company tooling, facilities and equipment and a clean safe work environment • Work a 40-hour work week and be subject to scheduled and unscheduled overtime. The work schedule will vary during the peak maintenance periods Required Skills • High school diploma or equivalent • One (1) year technical experience (mechanical, electrical, etc.) and/or technical education. • Must be able to work outdoors in inclement weather, climb ladders without assistance, and work at heights greater than 80 meters (250 feet). • Ability to move and manipulate up to 45 kg (100 pounds). • Weight must not exceed 120 kg (265 lbs.) excluding equipment/gear worn when performing job related tasks. • Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record. • Eligible to work in the United States without the need for employer visa sponsorship now or in the future. This is a safety sensitive position. Individuals receiving conditional offers of employment will be subject to drug testing and must receive a negative result to begin working for the company. Base Pay $28.67 - $48.58 USD Hourly Bonus: 0% - 10% The base pay range reflects the minimum and maximum target salary for the position. Operations Administrator www.edpr.com Status: Full-Time Locations: Arlington, Oregon GENERAL DESCRIPTION The Operations Administrator is responsible for overseeing all administrative duties for a wind energy generation site. Main accountabilities: • Provide periodic reporting of energy deliveries, plant performance, and downtime • Process invoices, service agreements, and other documents • Process facility expenses • Interface with site contractors • Perform regulatory filings with public agencies • Assist with complying with safety, federal, and site-specific regulations andreements • Manage electronic and paper copies of agreements, permits, handbooks, procedures, and project-related documentation • Participate in facility’s annual budgeting process • Provide administrative support to the Operations team • Interface with and support on-site staff as needed • Interface with Engineering, Accounting, Legal, Development staff, and other individuals, both internal and external • Additional duties as required Direct reports: None Travel: Up to 10% Minimum qualifications: • Associate’s degree in a related field or an equivalent combination of training and experience • 5+ years in a technical industry • Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office software, SAP, and Concur • Experience with inventory management • Understanding of Microsoft products and/or complementing products. (Preferred) • Competency in Analytical Problem Solving, Strong Communication, Customer/Partner Relationships, and Technology Expertise.
