About This Opportunity We're seeking a highly skilled and experienced Superintendent to join our team at The Wesson Group, LLC. Responsibilities: • Project Execution: Work closely with the Construction Manager and Foreman to plan and execute daily operations. • Crew Coordination: Ensure timely delivery of materials, manage crew needs, and coordinate with other superintendents to keep projects on track. • Quality Control: Oversee the preparation of all necessary tools, manpower, and resources to ensure smooth project execution. • Safety and Compliance: Ensure all team members follow our TWG Health and Safety Plan, keeping a safe and efficient work environment. • Project Tracking: Track project timelines and production to stay ahead of schedule, adjusting as needed to meet project goals. • Communication and Collaboration: Work hand-in-hand with the project team, providing input to schedule updates, progress reports, and cost analysis. • Problem-Solving and Improvement: Lead and actively participate in the QA/QC process to ensure the highest quality standards are met.
