About the position The Renewable Energy Commercial Insurance & Contract Analyst will provide analytical support to the consultant team and clients involved in various electric generation facilities, including wind and solar farms. The role focuses on reviewing and summarizing insurance requirements within contracts and preparing detailed summaries of applicable insurance policies. Responsibilities • Downloads, reviews, and summarizes contractual requirements, identifying potential problem areas for consultants. , • Compares contractual insurance requirements to the insurance requirements of financing agreements for compliance. , • Prepares detailed tables summarizing key coverages, terms, conditions, and exclusions of insurance policies. , • Updates insurance reports with contractual insurance requirements and insurance policy information. , • Assists with client invoicing as needed. , • Follows company protocols to protect confidential information and comply with client non-disclosure requirements. , • Pulls FEMA flood maps and SwissRe CatNet reports for distribution to consultants. , • Performs other duties as assigned. Requirements • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience. , • Two (2) or more years' related work experience. , • Commercial property and liability insurance experience preferred, with an emphasis on property insurance. , • Power and infrastructure industry experience preferred with an emphasis on renewable energy projects. Nice-to-haves • Proficient in Microsoft Office products (e.g. Word, Excel, Outlook). , • Familiarity with EPIC, Nitro, and/or Adobe. , • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. , • Well-developed time management, planning, organizational, and prioritization skills.
