Essential Responsibilities • Complete required training curriculum for weld processes • Ability to obtain required weld certifications for GE • Complete all required compliance training • Complete all EHS training and participate in safety and or quality audit • Be an active contributing member of a high-performance self-directed work team • Ability to use / apply TIG welding and assembly techniques and inspections • Ability to read & understand process instructions & weld schedules • Communicate effectively with Production Control and Process Engineer(s) on needed supplies and consumable materials • Drive Safety, Quality, and Production metrics within the team business needs. Qualifications/Requirements • High School Diploma / GED • Ability to pass eyesight acuity requirements and color vision perception test. • Welding certification from an accredited trade school or equivalent, and/or a minimum of one year of welding experience Eligibility Requirements • Flexibility to work off shifts and travel for training as needed. • Able to work independently with minimum supervision in a team environment. • Ability to read, interpret, and follow process planning, part routers, and other quality documents. • Ability to perform tasks that require manual dexterity, as required • Complete required training curriculum for weld processes • Complete all required compliance training • Complete all EHS training and participate in safety and/or quality audit • Cross train on other direct labor operations, as required per business need This role requires access to U.S. export-controlled information. Senior Renewable Energy Specialist

Job Overview We are seeking a skilled Environmental Manager to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for advising developers and project managers on environmental diligence, strategic permitting, and responsible development. The Role • Develop and lead environmental permitting strategies for transmission-scale energy generation projects in the Central U.S. markets (ERCOT, SPP, MISO South) and the Western U.S. market (WECC) as needed. • Directly oversee scoping of and managing complex, dynamic environmental regulatory compliance processes, such as targeted environmental resource studies, impact permitting, and mitigation negotiation. • Develop standard scopes for standard environmental diligence processes. Advise project developers on scope and consultant selection and management of standard development activities. • Advise in development and implementation of programmatic procedures and policies to ensure continuous compliance with existing and pending environmental regulations. • Conduct environmental due diligence for development and acquisition opportunities, and prepare associated documentation as needed. • Lead federal and state land and regulatory agency communication and coordination. • Review technical reports, including Phase I ESAs, wetland and waterway delineations, desktop environmental screenings, habitat assessments, cultural resource surveys, threatened/endangered species surveys, avian and bat use surveys, and construction environmental monitoring audits. • Review plans for management of environmental matters during construction and operations. Plans include stormwater management plans, spill pollution prevention plans, construction oversight plans for compliance with respect to species protection, and archaeological resource protection. • Prepare environmental content for documents as needed, such as marketing proposals, plans of development, and zoning applications. • Assist in development of protocols to manage ongoing compliance requirements during operations and maintenance. Advise on compliance issues when needed. • Participate in regional and national initiatives, symposia, conferences, and industry groups as needed to achieve Company objectives. Requirements • Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Engineering or an Environmental-related field from an accredited college/university. • Experience and expertise interpreting federal and state environmental laws (ESA, NEPA, CWA, NHPA), guidelines, and policies. • 5+ years professional experience in environmental permitting and/or compliance in Central U.S. or Western U.S. markets. Experience in TX, OK, and AR a plus. • Experience in construction and operational compliance support, including SPCC, stormwater permitting, and vegetation management, a plus. • Self-directed, solutions-oriented, and problem-solving, with the ability and desire to work effectively in a team environment. • Able to act and adapt to a fast-paced business environment with competing deadlines. • Ability to manage multiple projects with competing priorities and work collaboratively with cross-functional teams. Preferred Qualifications • Advanced degree in biological science/natural resources/environmental policy or environmental law degree preferred. • Experience with Title V and state air permitting in Texas and/or surrounding states is preferred. • Experience with large-scale energy campus generation and storage development (e.g., solar and other generation types [natural gas, wind, hydrogen]) is preferred. Essential Functions/Responsibilities: • Maintain, repair, install, adjust, and modify complex process equipment and instrumentation. Work with qualified operators or support teams to validate corrective actions and demonstrate satisfactory operating condition. • Maintain and repair the facility infrastructure and utility equipment to provide a reliable and safe working environment. • Read, interpret, and follow intricate and complex blueprints, schematics, and instruction manuals as they apply to the hydraulic, pneumatic, and electro-mechanical apparatus of the CNC machine tools and manufacturing process equipment. • Train production and technical support personnel as required. • Take a lead role in completing problem solving assignments. • Utilize Maximo (CMMS) to obtain and complete work orders, in-order to keep accurate documentation of work and machine history. • Must utilize required documentation practices as described in site quality procedures. • Responsible for performing preventive and predictive maintenance on all CNC/conventional machines and process equipment. Update documentation as required. • Performs duties and tasks conforming to all safety regulations and procedures, such as LOTO, confined space, Fall Protection/Arrest, hot work permits, and NFPA 70e. Keep facilities, materials, and work areas clean and orderly, exercise good housekeeping practices. • Use of ladders, powered hand tools, fork trucks, scissor lifts and other equipment to perform maintenance duties. • Must be able to utilize complex electronic, hydraulic, and mechanical test equipment such as oscilloscopes, recorders, VOMs, vernier calipers, micrometers, dial indicators, ball bars, laser alignment tools, electronic levels and specialized test equipment as required. • Must actively participate in a team-based environment which includes, but not limited to the following: active participation in daily team meetings and activities, cooperates and relates well with others, practices direct professional communication with team members, be open to new ideas from team members, participate in continuous improvement and lean transformation, and considers opinions different from their own. Basic Qualifications/Requirements: • Required to have a High School Diploma, or GED equivalent • 2-3 years of experience in industrial maintenance experience • Heavy lifting (up to 50lbs), pushing, pulling, climbing, crawling, bending, and/or squatting/stooping or working in tight places or above shoulder height • Basic computer and keyboarding skills and Microsoft Office knowledge Desired Qualifications: • Associates degree in technical field of trade school certificate desired • Advanced understanding of CNC lathes and machining centers, and associated tooling and fixtures.
