Production Hours Monday - Friday 7am-3:30pm 1st shift-Weld test required Responsible for fabrication of product by welding together the correct pieces to produce finished product. Job Responsibilities: • Must be knowledgeable of all parts used for the assembly of products • Will need to verify parts to print • Must be able to read blueprints • Build units by welding to quality specifications and making sure of squaring, levelness and plumb • Must remove BB's and sharp edges from finished product using hand tools o Sander, putty knifes, chisel and hammer • Inspect finish products against engineering specifications • Will need to use hand tools throughout production • Accurate use of a tape measure • Must notify supervisor/lead person for final inspection • Will need to know how to use magnetic hoist to move product • Fork truck operation • This position is not limited to the responsibilities listed above* Job Requirements: • Must have basic math skills • Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs on a regular basis • Must be able to bend, twist, squat repetitively throughout work day • Must be able to speak, write, read and understand English • See and hear within reasonably acceptable limits, (this includes the ability to see at a distance and peripherally) • Use time management skills and prioritization to accomplish the day's tasks Within the hours provided • Must be self-motivated as much of the day is unsupervised • This is a 40 hour per week position and may require mandatory overtime hours • Must be 18 years of age or older PPE Requirements: • Safety Glasses • Steel Toed Shoes • Face Shield and Hearing Protection when deburring or grinding Benefits: • Health/Vision Insurance at 90 Days of service • Company Sponsored Dental Plan • Company Paid Life Insurance • Referral Bonus Program • Vacation Time/Personal Time at 90 Days of service • 401k at 1 Year of service - 15% Match of Employee Contributions Schedule: • 8 Hour Shift • Monday to Friday • Volunteer Overtime Available • Work/Life Balance
