The Sheet Metal Fabricator will fabricate and assemble sheet metal parts and products based on engineering drawings and specifications. An entry-level sheet metal fabricator who will be responsible for transforming flat metal sheets into usable products and components using various fabrication methods. Duties and Responsibilities: • Fabricate and assemble sheet metal parts and products according to engineering specifications. • Utilize various fabrication techniques to work with stainless steel and aluminum, handling thicknesses ranging from 18 Ga. to 1/4" (Preferred). • Use and interpret rulers, calipers, combination scales, and measuring tape proficiently. • Work with meticulous attention to detail, ensuring high-quality output. • Adhere to company safety policies and maintain a clean and safe work environment. • Perform additional tasks assigned by Management. Qualifications: • High School Diploma • Preferred 1-3 years of experience working in a fabrication shop. Skills/Abilities/Knowledge Essential to the Position : • Strong knowledge of basic mathematics and computer skills. • Proficiency in analytical thinking and problem-solving. Physical Requirements: • Capable of lifting up to 25 lbs. • Capable of standing for extended periods of time.
