Job Full DescriptionSheet Metal Helper - Produce a variety of commercial and residential ductwork and HVAC accessories - this could also include non-HVAC related sheet metal products (as ordered)• Work safely and responsibly to diligently complete tasks as assigned by Project Manager and Foreman• Safely use hand and power tools to cut, punch, flange, shear, and solder sheet metal ducts and parts• Read and interpret blueprints supplied by supervisors and customers to produce accurate work• Operate plasma cutting table safely and effectively, producing high quality products• Provide necessary support to other team members to be able to complete tasks on time as instructed by management• Perform any other duty that may be directed by management• Adhere to safety standards with a high regard to employee and contractor safety• Adapt to changes in project scope and identify potential crises• Provide excellent customer service from start to finish of project and communicate clearly and politely with customers• Keep shop area clear of scraps and garbage, maintain a presentable work area• Maintain constructive and cooperative working relationships with others• Follow proper etiquette, such as not indulging in long or personal conversations, being present during working hours, etc. Complete knowledge about Ferrara's, and all its employees is also expected Monday-Friday 7:00am-4:30pm and able to work some weekends. $17.00hr plus benefits #1225SKTDLufkin, TX 1225 210C S.
