MILO Live has an in-house HVAC company as part of our service, which promotes our extensive background in metal fabrication, HVAC design, and installation. Milo Live has the skills, experience, and background to design and build custom, convenient products to meet all of our customers' needs. Job Summary Work in the North Las Vegas facility. This position requires skills in Sheet Metal layout and finishing work. A minimum of 3-4 years of shop experience is required. The successful candidate will be a self-starter who can work with minimal supervision and must be able to read and interpret specifications and shop drawings, use precision measuring devices such as calipers & micrometers, and operate material handling equipment, including forklifts. Essential Duties and Responsibilities • Sheet Metal Layout by hand • Custom sheet metal fabrication (fab, shear, sand) • Operate press brake, hand benders, brakes, punch press, and many other sheet metal shop machines and tooling • This position requires attention to detail • Ability to lead up to 5 personnel in the Sheet Metal Shop • The ability to do material take-offs, estimation of material, and other consumables for the shop • Adhere to all Safety and Health policies and procedures • Other duties as assigned Requirements: Qualifications: • Must take and pass a prescreen drug test and background check • Ability to read project plans • Read a measuring tape • HS Diploma or GED • Experience with Sheet metal fabrication (fab, shear, bend). • Sheet metal fabrication and Assembly experience needed. • Experience with sheet metal fabrication (fab, shear, sand). • Position requires physical work with material handling and lifting up to 50 lbs., good hand & eye dexterity, and continuous walking • Must be willing to learn other trades and have a desire to learn new skills • Must be able to fluently read, write, and speak English • Willing to travel to client sites for installation, and possessing a passport is preferred Enjoy a casual work environment with a competitive salary and excellent benefits including medical, dental, Vision, and Paid Time off. F-16 Sheetmetal Mechanic

Works closely with other mechanics and maintenance personnel on aircraft structural modifications, upgrades, and repairs. Locates cracks, breaks, holes, and dents in aircraft sheet metal structures and determines appropriate repairs from technical data to restore components to original strength. Identifies damaged or weakened structures, including skins, stringers, bulkheads, and ribs and develops appropriate repair plan to restore component airworthiness. Reads and interprets blueprints and determines dimensions, angles, and contours in performance of structural repair. What You Will Be Responsible For • Reports on work order status to the Lead Mechanic. • Ensures all work is done according to specification, regulation, and company policy. • Ensures that all tools and associated equipment are 100% accounted for. • Responds to work orders in a timely manner with emphasis on operations support. • Able to communicate effectively and work well as a member of a team • Assists with other duties as required to support the customer and mission. • Conducts oneself professionally through appearance and conduct. • All other duties as assigned. What you will need to be successful in this role: • Ability to obtain and maintain a secret clearance is required. • Must meet one of the following requirements: • A Bachelor's degree plus 3 years of related structural aircraft maintenance experience. • An Associate's degree plus 4 years of related structural aircraft maintenance experience. • High School Diploma plus 8 years of related structural aircraft maintenance experience. • F-16 experience is strongly preferred, but other fighter jet experience may be considered. • Experience in reading, comprehending, and interpreting technical documents, including manuals, technical data, and blueprints. • Basic knowledge of various computer applications such as Microsoft Office applications (i.e. Excel, Word, Power Point, and Outlook) is a plus.
