Description SUMMARY: Performs repetitive work-station assembly operations to produce sports equipment for track and field, strength training, and stadiums. Essential Duties • Performs any assembly-type functions, using hand or power tools. • Reports defective materials or questionable conditions to the department supervisor. • Maintains the work area and equipment in a clean and orderly condition and follows prescribed safety regulations. • Completes tasks as directed by manufacturing schedules. • Operates a forklift as required. • Operates any equipment needed to perform job. • Performs related duties as needed by supervision. Requirements QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The employee must regularly lift and/or move up to 25 lbs, frequently lift heavier items with assistance/support. Work Environment Work is performed in a shop environment. May work at different workstations as production needs require, or shifts from one station to another, during the assembly process. Will be required to perform other duties as requested, directed or assigned.
