Performance reviews occur 6 and 12 months after hire date with the potential for pay raises at each review. Wages are negotiable for candidates with experience in HVAC and other construction trades. Individuals will work on commercial and industrial construction sites in primarily the Grand Rapids, Kalamazoo and Muskegon areas. Most job sites are located within 45 minutes travel time of Egan's Walker headquarters. Normal working schedule is 8 hours per day, Monday-Friday, with paid vacation and holidays.
