Performance reviews occur 6 and 12 months after hire date with the potential for pay raises at each review. Wages are negotiable for candidates with experience in HVAC and other construction trades. Individuals will work on commercial and industrial construction sites in primarily the Grand Rapids, Kalamazoo and Muskegon areas. Most job sites are located within 45 minutes travel time of Egan's Walker headquarters. Education and/or Experience: Must have at least 5 years of sheet metal fabricating experience. Applicants must be able to read drawings and specifications, clearly write out job progress information and make simple sketches of parts. Physical Demands: Must always look presentable. All carts, dollies, and material handling equipment will be provided. We demand safe shop procedures and supply safety equipment to assist in the fabrication of materials. Lifting is required.
