Key Responsibilities: • Set up and assemble diversified structural and weldment assemblies from drawings, specifications, bills of material, and welding instructions. • Determine sub-assemblies, centerlines, and quadrant locations for shell openings and direct or personally cut out these openings. • Fits up and tack welds nozzles, plates, lift lugs, couplings, and reinforcements for large units. • Makes temporary fixtures when standard fixtures are not available. Leadership Responsibilities: • Provides leadership and guidance to helpers and others assigned to assist.
