Air and Electric Technician (Wiring & Plumbing)

Essential Duties and Responsibilities Related to pneumatic and hydraulics assignment of work: • Perform and abide by safety policies and procedures while performing within the scope of the related tasks and assignments of this position. • Review and comprehend specification documentation related to this positions assignments to ensure products are manufactured to customer requirements and MAC quality standard. • Retrieve and prepare pneumatic and/or hydraulic components and related materials to facilitate installation. • Ensure products are capable of receiving intended pneumatic and/or hydraulic application. • Preparing typically the frame or chassis of the product to receive pneumatic and/or hydraulic component i.e., utilizing hand power tools to drill to accommodate pneumatic (Airline) and/or hydraulic lines. • Install appropriate pneumatic) and/or hydraulic components and material in accordance to specifications and MAC quality standard. • Position, align, adjust, work pieces to facilitate appropriate routing of component. • Install additional components related to this position’s assignment and scope of wo Example: Air bags, assemble mud flap brackets and flaps, Stamp serial numbers, install serial tags. • Inspect completion of work and installation of components, assemblies, connections, and fittings to assure operation. • Assist team members as needed and instructed. • Organize work areas including restocking needed parts and materials and keeping work area clean during and at end of shi • Communicate to management issues of concern and any other pertinent information that affects the safe and productive completion of products • Any other related assigned duties.
