Job Overview We are seeking skilled and dedicated Commercial & Industrial HVAC Technicians to join our team. Ideal candidates will have experience maintaining and servicing 5-25 ton Air Handling Units, Chillers, Boilers, and Control Systems. Sign-on Bonus up to $5000. Duties • Perform routine maintenance and service on Commercial & Industrial HVAC systems. • Diagnose equipment malfunctions effectively. • Maintain accurate records of service performed and equipment status. • Communicate effectively with clients regarding system performance and necessary repairs. • Drive company vehicle to various job sites while adhering to safety regulations. • Be available for on-call after hour's service calls, as needed. Qualifications • Must be able to pass a drug test • EPA Refrigeration Universal Certification • NATE Certification or be able to acquire within 2 years of employment. • Proven experience as an HVAC Technician on Commercial & Industrial equipment. • High School diploma or GED • Must have a valid driver’s license • Clean driving record At Henry Heating, Cooling & Plumbing we know people are most productive when they feel valued and perform meaningful work.
