Identifies plumbing and safety concerns applicable to the installation and takes necessary corrective action. Performs necessary clerical duties related to the project. The employee must have excellent stamina. Position Type/Expected Hours of Work This is a full-time position. Typical days and hours of work are Monday through Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. Evening work may be required as job duties demand. Travel Travel is primarily not expected in this role, although some out-of-area travel may be expected. Experience • Proficient knowledge of plumbing materials, industry standards, and codes • Ability to read and understand schematic diagrams, wiring diagrams, blueprints, floor plans and work orders for projects • Ability to use both manual and power tools such as screw guns and belt sander in a safe and correct manner • Proficient in soldering skills with use of copper pipes • Ability to perform physical work overhead for extended periods of time • Ability to use mathematics and measuring devices to calculate length, width, height, depth, etc. • Ability to follow written and spoken instruction • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds comfortably and consistently Education High school diploma or Equivalent required.
