Job Overview The Service Plumber is responsible for repairing and maintaining plumbing piping, equipment and systems in various conditions. This role requires 3 years’ experience with plumbing knowledge and proficiency with plumbing service tools, as well as the capability to perform heavy lifting when necessary. Responsibilities • Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems in residential and commercial buildings. • Conduct inspections of plumbing systems to identify issues or areas for improvement. • Assemble pipes, fittings, and fixtures using appropriate materials and techniques. • Maintain a clean and organized work environment while adhering to safety protocols. • Respond promptly to service calls for plumbing emergencies and repairs. • Diagnose & repair water heaters, toilets, faucets, clear drain lines, etc. • Leave the customer’s business or residence cleaner than you found it. Qualifications • Proficient in using hand tools and power tools related to plumbing tasks. • Mechanical aptitude with the ability to troubleshoot various plumbing issues. • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail are required. • Excellent communication skills with customers and the ability to work well in a team environment. • Ability to diagnose and develop a bid to complete the repair using the company’s rates. • Can operate an iPad and utilize the software for estimates. • You will be required to pass a national background check. • We are a drug free Tennessee Workplace. • Clean Tennessee Driver’s license.
