Job Summary: The Master Plumber will be responsible for overseeing and executing complex plumbing systems and ensuring compliance with local codes and regulations. Essential Functions and Responsibilities • Trains staff as necessary. • Assists with day to day operations. • Supervise and lead plumbing projects, ensuring adherence to safety regulations, codes, and specifications. • Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems, including water supply, waste systems, piping, and fixtures. • Diagnose plumbing problems and offer expert solutions. • Inspect plumbing systems and equipment for quality assurance and regulatory compliance. • Provide leadership and training to junior plumbers and apprentices, offering guidance on techniques and safety procedures. • Interpret blueprints, specifications, and building codes to determine appropriate installations and repairs. • Maintain accurate records of work performed, including material usage, time logs, and job site reports. • Coordinate with contractors, property owners, and other professionals to ensure project timelines and specifications are met. • Respond to emergency plumbing calls and troubleshoot urgent plumbing issues. • Manage plumbing maintenance schedules and ensure ongoing preventative maintenance for clients. • Assist in other projects, as directed. • Duties, responsibilities, requirements and expectations pertaining to this job are subject to change as needed.
