Job Summary We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Plumber to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining plumbing systems in various settings, including residential and commercial properties. Duties • Install, repair, and maintain plumbing fixtures and systems, including pipes, valves, fittings, and fixtures. • Read and interpret blueprints and schematics to determine the layout of plumbing systems. • Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively for various plumbing tasks. • Conduct inspections of plumbing systems to identify issues or malfunctions. • Perform heavy lifting as required for installations or repairs. • Collaborate with other tradespeople on construction sites to ensure project completion. • Adhere to safety regulations and building codes during all plumbing work. • Provide excellent customer service by communicating effectively with clients regarding plumbing issues. Experience • Previous experience in plumbing or a related field is preferred. • Familiarity with HVAC systems is a plus. • Ability to work with basic math for measurements and calculations. • Experience using hand tools and power tools safely and effectively. • Knowledge of welding techniques is beneficial but not mandatory. • A valid commercial driving license may be required depending on job responsibilities. • Experience working on construction sites is advantageous.
