Job Summary We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Plumber to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining plumbing systems in various settings, including residential and commercial properties. This role requires a strong understanding of plumbing systems, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment. Duties • Install, repair, and maintain plumbing fixtures and systems, including pipes, valves, fittings, and fixtures. • Read and interpret blueprints and schematics to determine the layout of plumbing systems. • Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively for various plumbing tasks. • Conduct inspections of plumbing systems to identify issues or malfunctions. • Perform heavy lifting as required for installations or repairs. • Collaborate with other tradespeople on construction sites to ensure project completion. • Adhere to safety regulations and building codes during all plumbing work. • Provide excellent customer service by communicating effectively with clients regarding plumbing issues. Experience • Previous experience in plumbing or a related field is preferred. • Familiarity with HVAC systems is a plus. • Ability to work with basic math for measurements and calculations. • Experience using hand tools and power tools safely and effectively. • Knowledge of welding techniques is beneficial but not mandatory. • A valid commercial driving license may be required depending on job responsibilities. • Experience working on construction sites is advantageous.
