Duties, Responsibilities & Expectations: (And Not Limited To) Reports to: General Manager/Project Manager/Job Supervisor THE EXPERIENCED PLUMBER POSITION IS RESPONSIBLE FOR SHOWING UP EARLY TO WHERE THEY ARE TO REPORT FOR WORK, OPEN TO CONTINUED LEARNING THE TRADE, FOLLOWING DIRECTIONS AND MAINTAINING A PROFESSIONAL ATTITUDE AT ALL TIMES. SUPERVISES A TEAM OF COMMERCIAL PLUMBERS AND PLUMBER APPRENTICES. TRAINS & DEVELOPS NON-LICENSED PLUMBERS AND PLUMBER APPRENTICES. INSTALLS, MAINTAINS AND REPAIRS PIPES AND FIXTURES ASSOCIATED WITH PLUMBING APPLICATIONS IN COMMERCIAL BUILDINGS. INSPECTS DRAINAGE AND OTHER PLUMBING SYSTEMS FOR COMPLIANCE WITH LOCAL AND STATE REGULATIONS.
